Sign-up pages for real events

MojoSignUp helps organizers collect registrations for classes, volunteer shifts, potlucks, and community events. Create a page, send a link, and watch the roster fill.

How a MojoSignUp event works

The product is built around one idea: a sign-up has dates (instances) and optional slots. People register for what you publish.

1. Create the sign-up
Name the event, write a short description, pick a location, and set a default capacity. Keep it private or list it in public search.
2. Add dates or slots
Add one-time or repeating instances. For potlucks and volunteer work, attach slots with their own titles, times, and capacity.
3. Share the link
Send the public page to your group. People register, get a confirmation, and can leave later with the unregister link from their email.

Built for organizers, not task lists

MojoSignUp is not a to-do app. It is for collecting people against a schedule.

Capacity you can see
Set a default capacity on the sign-up and override it on each date or slot. Full items stop taking new names.
Teams and public pages
Organize events under a team. Public team and creator pages list only events you mark as publicly searchable.
Private when you need it
Leave public listing off and share the URL yourself. Only people with the link can find that event.

One page per event, not a stack of spreadsheets

Locations, time zones, repeating dates, and slot templates live with the sign-up.

What people use it for

These are the event types the product is designed around.

Classes & workshops

Recurring class dates with a shared capacity and location.

Volunteer shifts

Named slots with start and end times so people pick a job, not just a day.

Meetings & trainings

A single registration page for a staff meeting or parent night.

Potlucks & supplies

Slots for dishes or items so you do not get twelve trays of brownies.
